CNSTRCT was conceived to map out a transparent career trajectory at Gleeds, guiding individuals from entry-level roles to executive leadership positions. The use of a gradient, derived from Gleeds' brand palette, visually represents the seamless flow of opportunities. The incorporation of abbreviations adds a touch of vibrancy and uniqueness to the visual concept. Notably, one of the primary goals was to create an appealing and engaging visual for graduates.
